Barrelling Tide Distillery is an independently owned craft distillery established in 2016. We are located on a tidal river in Port Williams in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, an area known for its rich farmlands and orchards. We make use of the bounty that surrounds us and have created our multiple award-winning spirits and liqueurs based on what is available locally and seasonally. Committed to supporting the local economy through partnerships and collaboration, we currently work with over 12 farmers in the area to source the produce needed for our spirits and liqueurs. All our products are distilled and bottled on site in small batches, and we believe strongly that quality will always come before quantity.
